Ingredients
3 cups Cabbage, diced
3 cups Capsicum, diced
3 cups Carrots, diced
3 large Onions, diced
3 cups boneless Chicken, diced
1/2 tspn black pepper
4 tspn salt
2 1/2 tblspn ajinomoto(also known as flavour enhancer)
oil
8 tblspn cornflour
7 tblspn worstershire sauce
6 cups chicken stock
1 1/4 tspn chilli powder
2 tspn suger
2 tblspn soya sauce
3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
Spaghetti
- Marinate the chicken in 1/2 tspn black pepper, 1/2 tspn salt, 1/2 tspn ajinomoto, 1 tblsn cornflour, 2 tblespn soyasauce, 2 tblspn oil mix all the above together and set aside for at least half an hour.
- now boil the onions and cabbage in boiling water for 10 mins strain with a ladle and set aside now do the same with carrots and capsicums... you no longer need this water
- stirfry the cabbage, onions and garlic until slightly golden remove from wok and place in a bowl now stirfry the chicken once cooked remove and add to the same bowl do the same with the carrots and capsicums add to the same bowl
- in a pan put the 6 cups of stock allow to boil and add, 1 1/4 tspn chilli powder, 7 tblspn worstershire sauce, 2 tspn suger, 1 1/2 tspn salt, 2 tblspn ajinomoto mix well then add the veg and chicken mix allow to boil
- mix the cornflour in a cup with water until smooth and watery gradually add this to the mix stirring as you add (otherwise lumps will form) when your satisfied with the thickness stop and set this aside
- boil spaghetti and serve ( i also stirfry the spaghetti for extra taste but this is not necessary)
the amount shown above feeds my home for 2 days and there are of us who have big portions minimise the portions as you need

Sounds absolutely delicious! I might try this with shredded chicken and chopsticks YUMMY :D
